Location: These overseas plots are located in Sectors J and K of DHA Phase V.

Payment Plan: The plots for sale in DHA Phase V are available on a quarterly instalment plan spanning over 3 years. A lump-sum payment will have to be made within 3 months. It is also pertinent to mention the applicants will have to pay 10% extra charges for the corner plots.

Allotment and Possession: The land will be allotted to overseas Pakistanis through computerized balloting, where each plot will have two allottees – successful and reserve. The overseas plots in DHA Phase V will be ready for possession in the third quarter of 2021.                     

Eligibility Criteria: Only NICOP or POC holders are eligible to apply for these plots in DHA Islamabad Phase V. NICOP holders residing in Pakistan are also eligible to avail the offer. 

Processing Fee: The non-refundable processing for 10 marla plots is PKR 20,000 while the fee for 1 kanal plots is PKR 30,000. 

Procedure: To apply for these plots in DHA Islamabad, overseas Pakistanis are required to open a Roshan Digital Account as all money will be repatriated through it. After the plots are allotted, an electronic intimation letter will be sent to the successful allottee while the reserve allottee will also be informed. In case the first allottee defaults at any stage, the second allottee will receive another chance for allotment.
